Icertis has named Anand Subbaraman as its new CEO, succeeding Samir Bodas, who will transition to the role of executive chairman at the Bellevue, Washington-based contract management software company.
Subbaraman has been serving as Icertis’ chief operating officer for over a year. Although he has been based in Bangalore, India, he will relocate to the United States and split his time between Icertis offices worldwide.
Before joining Icertis, Subbaraman held leadership positions at BrowserStack and Finastra, and spent more than 17 years at Oracle, bringing extensive industry experience to his new role.
Samir Bodas, who co-founded Icertis in 2009, has been the company’s sole CEO until now. Under his leadership, Icertis has raised $500 million in funding, including a $50 million round confirmed as recently as March. The company was valued at $5 billion four years ago
